Our names our Doug & Vickie. Lily has sold 2 places for us and my father's house for him. We have also bought 2 places using her too. The first sale for us was a rental condo that we had and the second was our house in West Carrollton. When we listed our house, there were 4 other houses around us for sale. Ours was the smallest of the 5 and we had the highest price. Lily got it sold in 5 weeks. Granted, our house was the best looking of the 5, but Lily's presentation on the Internet is what got it sold so quickly. She had over 15 pictures of our house on her web site with captions under each photo. We checked out our competition and theirs did not look half as good as ours did. She did a real good job for us and we are sure she will do the same for you. I know you will be happy with Lily's work.

Just a quick note regarding the real positive approach that Lily Peters takes to selling homes. We have just enlisted her to sell our new home in Miamisburg and even before the listing was shown on the market last week Lily has been out actually redecorating the home to insure that it show's the best in order to sell quickly. Her suggestions are very good, almost like Lisa LaPorta on the "Designed to Sell" House and Garden TV channel. She not only makes suggestions, but she actually helps in any cleanup of which is unheard of in today's time. We had received some very high compliments from others where Lily has sold their homes and, in this very tight "Buyers Market" we need all the help that we seller's can get.

I wanted to write a letter to express my gratitude towards Lily Peters. Lily and I met from a phone call I had made, wanting to look at a house she had listed. She had such a pleasant personality that her and I clicked right way. I asked her to represent me as my realtor. Of course she accepted and it was house hunting from there! The laughs and fun we had can't be counted! Lily has now helped me into my third home. First I started off in a price range that was a little bit ridiculous but she helped me find one to fit my needs at the present time. As my salary got larger so did the houses I bought. The three houses my husband and I have bought weren't an easy ride so to speak. But Lily went the extra mile each and every time we were looking for a home. Lily isn't the average realtor (no offense to other realtors) that is only interested in closing a deal. Lily really looks out for her clients and what is best for their family. After a short time I think she gets a little involved and before you know it you have made a new friend. Lily has been an awesome realtor/family to friend to my husband and I. I would never in a million years think of going to someone else to help me look for a home or ever do it on my own. I have total trust in Lily. She understands that looking for a home can be hectic and she will go out of her way to make it simple for you. The main reason I think Lily is successful and will remain successful is because she thinks and cares about others and good things come to those who do good. If I had to sell or buy another house, I would hire Lily Peters. She did a great job for us in selling our house in Tipp City and helping us buy another. Lily did a number of things for us. She provided us with a wealth of information as things we needed to know in selling and buying a house. She answered our calls promptly, brought to our house any documents we needed to review or sign, and contacted our banker when the process was stalled, helping to move it along. She helped in the showing of our house. For example, although we lived in Tipp, we worked in Dayton. If the house was to be shown during the work day, it was difficult for us to get home to take the dog out during the showing. Lily would go take care of the dog for us.
Even when we received an offer, Lily did not stop promoting and showing the house, until the contract was final.
She also helped us find our current home, which we love. When we found a house we were interested in, she not only gave us advice about inspections, but she also gave us a list of people who could do the inspections for us. She helped us through any negotiations and obstacles in the process.
Throughout the process, Lily acted as our advocate. That's what a realtor is supposed to do, but I have worked with realtors who were not as active as one would hope in the promotion of the house, and others who weren't clear just who they were representing. There is a current television commercial about realtors where the realtor keeps showing a couple houses they don't want to see. When I see that commercial, I think how those buyers need to contact Lily. She was enthusiastic, energetic, and was concerned with our best interests.

Lily, thank you for being at our house this morning when they came in for a termite check! It's sometimes hard to get off work for these things. My job especially; I need to scheudule time off at least 1 week before hand. With the appraisel I can be home by 1:00 any day! As soon as we get an ok on the appraisel we plan to start moving, so that we can take our time and not kill ourselves! I want at least 3 days after we get moved out to clean everything real good for Amber and Chris!
